    Standard Booking Policies:

    1. General Policies:

      Please use your reservation number as a reference when making payments. A proof of payment needs to be faxed or e-mailed to Malonkwazi Adventures. Accommodation allocations shall be done in the reservation office.

    2. Booking Policies:

      The maximum occupancy of the accommodation at Parque de Malongane is not to be exceeded. NO camping is allowed in front of any accommodation – only in demarcated camping areas. During high season and prime season tents and Log Huts will be allocated to 80% divers.�Parque de Malongane does not provide any extra freezer space.  The dive camp kitchen is strictly for the use of guests staying in the log huts and tents.

    3. Tariffs and Increases:

      Parque de Malongane operates on three rate basis: low season, high season and prime season. Every year the rates will be specified. In general long weekends and school holidays are charged at high season rates. The resort will increase all prices once a year in December-January unless due to circumstances beyond their control. In such instances 60 days notice in writing will be given. Only full payment for the booking (including extras, such as dives or meals, etc.) secures the tariff. No exceptions shall be made. Please note the compulsory dates on certain allocated periods.

    4. Deposits:

      A 25% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required within 5 days of making the booking in order to confirm your reservation or it will be cancelled without notice. The balance is required 30 days prior to arrival (60 days for Easter and Christmas/New Year holidays). If your booking is made in less than a 30 day period, full payment is required within 24 hours.  Should your booking be made within 1 week before arrival then full payment needs to be made on the same day as requested by your reservationist

    5. Cancellations:

      Cancellations made between 0-30 days prior to arrival will forfeit 100% of the total value of the booking. Cancellations made 30 days and more prior to arrival will forfeit 25% of the total value of the booking.

    6. Change of the dates:

      Any reservation requiring a change of date shall be considered a cancelled booking and therefore our cancellation policy shall apply.

    7. Refunds:

      Refunds will be paid within 21 days after a written request. Any package items not used are non-refundable. Dive refund to be claimed from the reservation office within a month of departure, otherwise they will become a dive credit that is only valid for 3 months from the date of issue at the resort. Any refunds will be charged a 5% admin fee by Malonkwazi Adventures. No refunds will be made for non-arrivals or should the destination not meet the stands of the clients.

    We would like to bring the following to your attention as we have experienced some minor problems in the past and would like to help you understand the procedures as to avoid you any discomfort of any sort. Malonkwazi Adventures Mozambique works as the main booking agent for Parque de Malongane and is an entity on its own, meaning that should you experience any problems with Malonkwazi Adventures Mozambique regarding anything related to your reservation, you should address it to the supervisor. Should you not get any assistance with your reservationist or supervisor you would need to take it up immediately with the office manager. Should you be in Parque de Malongane and you experience any problems what so ever then you would need to report your incident to reception who will then ensure that the correct head of department is sent to you. Should you feel that you have not been assisted to your satisfaction, then you may request on seeing the resort manager.
